Every UltraK9 Pro package is sold with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not impressed with the results you see in your dog, you contact the seller's support team within 60 days of your order date and request a refund of your purchase price.

How to request a refund

1. Find your order confirmation email. It contains your order number and the merchant's support contact address.
2. Email that support address within the 60-day window. State clearly that you are requesting a refund under the money-back guarantee.
3. Include your order number, the full name and email address used at checkout, and the order date.
